广东省海洋生态环境遥感中心（GDRS）

广东省海洋生态环境遥感中心是由广东省生态环境厅和南方海洋科学与工程广东省实验室（广州）（以下简称“广州海洋实验室”）共建，将全面贯彻落实党中央、国务院关于加快推进生态文明建设的决策部署，依托广东省生态环境监测中心和广州海洋实验室遥感团队力量，聚焦卫星遥感等新技术在海洋生态环境领域中的深度应用，共同开展海洋遥感应用关键技术研发，促进粤港澳大湾区海洋生态环境监测预警、生态评估等技术水平的发展，促进海洋遥感应用科研成果转化，为实现陆海统筹的大格局，共同维护海洋生态安全提供科技支撑。中心科学指导委员会主任由潘德炉院士担任，副主任由张偲院士和周成虎院士担任，中心主任由广州海洋实验室唐丹玲教授和广东省生态环境监测中心主任黄国锋书记共同担任。

Guangdong Remote Sensing Center for Marine Ecology and Environment (GDRS) is jointly established by the Department of Ecology and Environment of Guangdong Province and the Southern Marine Science and Engineering Guangdong Laboratory (Guangzhou) (hereinafter referred to as "GML"), which will comprehensively implement the decision and deployment of the Party Central Committee and the State Council on accelerating the construction of ecological civilization. GDRS relies on the strength of the Guangdong Provincial Ecological Environment Monitoring Center and GML, focusing on the in-depth application of satellite remote sensing and other new technologies in the field of marine ecological and environment, and carrying out research and development of key technologies for marine remote sensing applications. GDRS will promote the development of marine ecological monitoring and early warning, ecological assessment and other technical levels in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Bay Area, as well as the transformation of scientific research achievements in marine remote sensing applications. Meanwhile, GDRS will provide scientific and technological support for the realization of the general pattern of land-sea integration to jointly maintain marine ecological security.
